LogNet is a company with more than 14 years of successful experience in CRM, Billing and Web Self-Service products development and delivery with group companies offices in Israel, Paris and Ukraine.

We are currently seeking for a Business Analyst for software development projects in international context at our Donetsk office.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing customer requirements;
- Responsible for writing detailed functional specification;
- Manage and track open issues related to the functionality that has been ordered
- Assisting in various implementation support activities e.g., design of business processes, training, UAT, data population, etc;
- Prepare operational, user, and training materials

Experience:
- At least 3 year experience in business analysis;
- Experience in project implementation is an advantage;
- Experience in trainings/demos performing

Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in CC&B and finance systems
- Excellent English, conversing and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
