LogNet is a company with more than 14 years of successful experience in CRM, Billing and Web Self-Service products development and delivery with group companies offices in Israel, Paris and Ukraine.

We are currently seeking a Implementation Development Manager for software development projects in international context in our Donetsk office.

Responsibilities:

- Management of technical staff involved in projects implementation, Integration, customization and development.
- Planning of activities, assignment of staff resources and coordination of deliveries.
- Overall responsibility towards project management for all technical deliverables including delivery of system to Acceptance test.
- Close monitoring and tracking of work progress.
- Control project's scope of work, estimations and budgeting (in terms of resource).
- Re-evaluation of allocation and schedule based on company priorities.
Version/Release control

Responsible for implementation, support and test environments

Experience:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Team Leader or Project Management
- Experience in management of development teams and tech management of projects.
- Experience in database/transaction processing and Object-oriented development.
- Experience with RDBMS environment (e.g., MS-SQL, Oracle) database/transaction processing, Object-oriented design and development
Knowledge of "customer care and billing" business areas - advantage
- Knowledge of financial systems development is an advantage

Requirements:

- Good management skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent English, conversation and writing skills
- Bachelor degree in computer science or similar
- Good analytical and design skills
- Knowledge of project management/implementation methodology
- Knowledge of development standards
- Readiness to Travel
